What is your process for booking?
We encourage clients to fill out an inquiry form, which can be found on the homepage and contact page of our website. For urgent matters please call 504-343-2152. We then review the project details, including the type of photography and equipment needed, date, location, schedule, number of people or products involved, turnaround requirements, and intended use of the images.
From there, we can provide a custom quote, ask any necessary follow-up questions, and confirm the best approach for the project. For larger events or commercial shoots, we recommend a short planning call to review logistics, shot priorities, timing, and delivery expectations.

Travel for regional, multi-day, or larger commercial projects can be discussed during the proposal process. Our team is also available for international travel.
Can you handle last minute photography requests?
When the schedule allows, yes. Corporate events, press needs, marketing campaigns, and executive schedules can change quickly, and we always remain flexible for our clients.
For urgent requests, include the date, time, venue, estimated coverage hours, contact information, and any must-have deliverables. The more detail you provide upfront, the faster we can confirm availability and recommend the right coverage.
Can you work from a shot list?
Certainly! Shot lists are encouraged, especially for corporate events and commercial projects with specific marketing goals.
Before the shoot, we always review priority people, sessions, sponsor requirements, signage, products, group photos, VIPs, and any images your team specifically needs. A shot list helps keep the project organized and fulfilling marketing goals while still leaving room for natural, candid, and unexpected moments.
Can you work discreetly during executive meetings, panels, or formal events?

For meetings, panels, conferences, and executive events, the approach is designed to be polished and unobtrusive. We have many ways to "stay in the shadows" with longer lenses, not using lights or flash, and discreet positioning techniques.
Can you photograph headshots at our office or event venue?
Yes. On-site headshots are available for corporate offices, conferences, meetings, and company events.
We bring a lighting and studio setup to create a clean, consistent look without requiring your team to travel to a studio. This is especially useful for busy executives, staff headshot days, and conferences where attendees need professional portraits during the event.
If your organization already has an established headshot style, please send reference images before the session. We can review the background, lighting style, crop, orientation, color tone, and retouching level to get as close as possible. Exact matching depends on the original setup, but consistency is always a priority for team and executive headshot projects.
Do you edit the photos and how quickly can We get them?
All photos are edited and delivered in a private online gallery where they can be downloaded. Turnaround depends on the project size, editing requirements, and delivery needs. Our standard delivery timeline is 3 business days.
For events or campaigns with urgent marketing needs, expedited delivery, same-day selects, or priority images may be available depending on the scope. If your team needs images for press, social media, sponsor reporting, or next-day marketing, mention that during the inquiry process so our team can delivery selects before the end of the event.
